Our confortable holiday villa is situated outside of the old and cultural town Pollensa.

The property is very nice situated and offers the privacy and the peace that you need. Is only 1,5 Km far from Pollensa where you can find restaurants, bars, museum, art exhibitions, supermarkets, etc.., also you have the Golf club 3 km far from our villa, Cala San Vicente beach is only 4 km far from our villa. Also you have 2 big supermarkets very close, only 10 minutes by walk from our property.

One of the most beautiful places in Majorca, Pollensa is located in the north west of Mallorca in the Balearic Islands and is an old town specially favoured by the nature.

Located in the valley enclosed by the Puig de Maria and the Calvari, Pollensa is the main municipal centre, with over 10,000 inhabitants, made up of a series of narrow streets and emblematic buildings such as the Calvari, the Cloister of Sant Domingo, the Roman bridge, Pollensa Museum and the International classic music Festival, among others.

Pollensa has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. It is a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay of Puerto Pollensa is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range.

Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm evenings people wander up and down between the marina where yachts are moored, passed the pavement cafés and along the celebrated Pine Walk as far as the elegant Illa D'Or hotel.

Pollensa plays a leading role in the islands cultural life. From the earliest years of the 20th century Pollensa became a favourite place for painters visiting the island and have contributed with their works (literature and painting) to making Pollensa well-known both in and outside Majorca.
